Sprinthand Ltd, Oil and Gas Boiler Spare Specialists have been serving the boiler spares industry for over 25 years.

We only sell genuine manufacturers spare parts backed with the manufacturers warranty.

Our online store currently caters for IDEAL and KESTON parts – however we are stockists for OTHER MANUFACTURERS and hold parts in our shop.

Registration, Ordering, and Back Orders

  • When you register with our website, you agree to our privacy policy.
  • You must provide accurate information about yourself, and cannot register for another individual.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your registration at any time if we believe that you have provided us with false information or are not adhering to our terms and conditions.
  • When you complete our online checkout process, at which stage you will have the chance to check and amend any errors with your order, you are deemed to have placed an order with us.
  • You will receive an order acknowledgement.
  • Once we have dispatched your order, this confirms our acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order under in the following circumstances:

1) The goods that you have ordered are no longer available

2) We become aware of a price discrepancy

3) We become aware of an error in the part description

4) Your payment is not authorised

5) You fail to adhere to our terms and conditions

  • If one or more of the items that you have ordered is not in stock, we will advise as soon as possible, giving you the chance to cancel your order.

Prices

  • All prices on our website are exclusive of  VAT and shipping costs. These will be shown separately at the checkout, before your payment is taken.
  • We reserve the right to review our prices at any time.

 

Parts Identification

  • Parts listed on this website are updated regularly to ensure the highest level of accuracy in both price, part number, description, availability, and boiler model, however we bear no responsibility for any inaccurate information.
  • Responsibility for selecting the correct part lies with you, and any parts ordered incorrectly are still subject to our returns and cancellation policy listed in our terms and conditions.

 

Shipping

  • Our shipping rates are dependent on the size and weight of a part, and as such are displayed during the checkout process.
  • Orders placed before 13:00 will be dispatched on the same day subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 13:00 will be dispatched the next day, subject to stock availability.
  • Although deliveries will be dispatched on a next day service, Sprinthand Ltd accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by our couriers, or by delays due to weather disruption or seasonal disruption.

 

Returns and Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order before we have dispatched it to you, you must email us at sales@sprinthand.co.uk, or phone us on 01296 485708 prior to us sending the dispatch notification.
  • If you change your mind about your purchase once you have received it, please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 7 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are not fit for purpose or are wrongly described. All electrical items must be sealed and unopened.
  • Refunds will be made once the item has been received. The cost of returning an item will not be refunded. The original shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is returned within 7 days.
  • If you wish to return a faulty item you must follow the normal returns process, and a refund will be made once the manufacturer has confirmed that the item is faulty.
  • A faulty item is defined as:
    • Not being fit for use
    • Being wrongly described
  • Beyond the 7 day period of the Distance Selling Regulation, goods may not be returned.
